Website Team Implementation Directions

Control instructions for Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Website Disclaimer Blocks

Revised after physician feedback | August 26, 2026

Control Purpose

This document tells the website team exactly how to implement the three website-control files. The Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are long-form legal pages. The Website Disclaimer Blocks are short, in-page notices that must be placed close to claims, course actions, checkout, testimonials, and health/wellness content.

Do not paraphrase these controls without approval from Rafael and counsel.

1. Files to Implement as Separate Website Controls

Control File Website Placement Implementation Instruction
Privacy Policy Dedicated Privacy Policy page plus footer link. Upload as its own page. Link it from the footer, account forms, contact forms, checkout, scheduling, email signup, testimonial submission, and any place personal data is collected.
Terms & Conditions Dedicated Terms & Conditions page plus footer link. Upload as its own page. Link it from footer, checkout, course enrollment, book purchase flows, course login/signup, and scheduler pages.
Website Disclaimer Blocks Short notices placed directly on relevant pages. Use the exact blocks from the disclaimer PDF. These must appear close to relevant claims or user actions; a footer-only disclaimer is not enough.

2. Non-Negotiable Copy Controls

Before Upload

Run a search across every page, headline, button, testimonial, image caption, SEO title, meta description, course description, checkout page, and email capture form for the prohibited terms below. Remove or escalate anything questionable before publishing.

Remove or Escalate These Phrases/Claims

Disease reversal, reversal, reverses disease, reverse diabetes, reverse hypertension, reverse heart disease, reverse cancer, or similar disease-outcome language.

Cure, cures, cured, heal disease, guaranteed healing, guaranteed outcome, permanent relief, or miracle-result language.

Treatment, treatment plan, medical protocol, medical consultation, patient care, diagnosis, prescribing, psychotherapy, or clinical-care wording unless reviewed by counsel and used only in a disclaimer context.

Any wording that styles Amar Chandel as Dr., Doctor, physician, licensed medical provider, practicing attorney, psychologist, therapist, dietitian, or U.S. healthcare professional.

Institution names for physician reviewers or advisors unless there is written authorization from the advisor and, where needed, the institution.

Any public listing of Dr. Prashant Kaushik as a named advisor unless updated written permission is received. Current control: do not list him publicly at this time.

Preferred Replacement Language

Educational lifestyle, wellness, meditation, philosophical, spiritual, yogic, and Ayurvedic learning materials.

Supports reflection, discipline, lifestyle awareness, stress resilience, and general well-being.

Individual experiences vary. No health outcome or remission is guaranteed.

Reported remission may be referenced only when medically accurate, non-guaranteed, contextually necessary, and cleared through medical and legal review.

Educational session instead of medical consultation when referring to Amar Chandel’s teaching interactions.

Medical Advisor for Educational Review when referring to physician reviewers who have given written permission to be named.

3. Amar Chandel Credential and U.S. Non-Licensure Control

Use this public-facing concept wherever credentials are discussed: Amar Chandel may hold educational credentials in naturopathy and law, but he is not represented as a licensed physician, practicing attorney, psychologist, therapist, dietitian, or licensed healthcare professional in the United States. His books, courses, videos, and materials are educational only.

Do not write “Dr. Amar Chandel” on Western/U.S.-facing pages.

Do not use “doctor,” “physician,” or “medical provider” as a title for Amar Chandel.

Do not imply that a naturopathy degree from India authorizes U.S. medical practice.

Do not imply that an LLB or legal degree authorizes U.S. legal practice or legal advice.

4. Physician Advisor / Reviewer Controls

Use “Medical Advisor for Educational Review” as the preferred role label only for physicians who have given written permission to be named.

Reviewer involvement must never be presented as treatment, diagnosis, telemedicine, prescribing, patient care, outcome proof, or institutional endorsement.

Do not name hospitals, universities, employers, or institutions unless separately authorized in writing.

Dr. Prashant Kaushik: keep anonymous at this time unless updated written permission is received. If initials are desired, obtain separate written approval.

Dr. Sandeep Pandove: use correct spelling “Pandove” only if his written consent authorizes public listing.

5. Required Website Placement Map

Website Location Instruction
Site Footer Use the site-wide footer disclaimer from the Website Disclaimer Blocks PDF. It must appear on every public page.
Course Pages Place the course safety disclaimer near the course description and before any enrollment or scheduling button.
Checkout / Enrollment Use the mandatory checkbox disclaimer. It should not be pre-checked. Users must affirm before payment or course access.
Testimonials Place testimonial disclaimer immediately above or below the testimonial area, especially where health conditions, symptoms, medications, or remission are mentioned.
Foods, Herbs, Supplements, Fasting, Breathwork, Meditation, Ayurveda, or Wellness Routines Use the FDA-style disclaimer block near the relevant content.
About / Credentials Page Use the Amar Chandel non-licensure language if credentials are discussed.
Medical Advisor / Reviewer Page or Badge Use only the educational-review language and do not list any name without written permission.
Contact, Scheduler, WhatsApp, or Intake Forms State that the channel is not for urgent medical issues, diagnosis, treatment, medical intake, or emergency care.

6. Remaining Launch Decisions From QC Memo

Legal entity / LLC wrapper: confirm whether Amar Enterprises is the legal operator, a brand, or an assumed name/DBA of an LLC. Website text alone does not create LLC protection.

Assumed-name / DBA filings: confirm filings for Amar Enterprises, Amar Chandel, and AmarChandel.com if needed.

Refund and cancellation policy: finalize exact windows for digital courses, live educational sessions, missed sessions, direct-shipped books, and damaged-book replacement.

Vendor and data map: list hosting, analytics, cookies, payments, shipping, email, scheduling, course platform, video tools, forms, and other vendors before final privacy publication.

Cookie / tracking consent: decide whether analytics, retargeting, Meta/Google pixels, or other non-essential cookies will be used, then add consent tools where required.

Testimonials process: create written releases and claim-review rules before publishing any testimonial involving medical conditions, symptoms, medication changes, or remission language.

Minors: decide whether users under 18 are accepted; if yes, create parent/guardian workflow.

Attorney review: have counsel review Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, refund policy, testimonial release, and checkout flow before publication.

7. Implementation Sequence for Website Team

1. Upload the Privacy Policy as its own page and add footer/data-collection links.

2. Upload the Terms & Conditions as its own page and add footer/checkout/course-enrollment links.

3. Place the short Website Disclaimer Blocks at the exact locations listed in Section 5.

4. Run a full keyword audit for prohibited language before launch.

5. Confirm no public copy calls Amar Chandel “Dr.,” “doctor,” “physician,” or a licensed U.S. professional.

6. Confirm no page claims disease reversal, cure, guaranteed remission, treatment, or medical advice.

7. Confirm no physician reviewer is named publicly without written permission and no institution names appear.

8. Make the checkout disclaimer checkbox mandatory and not pre-checked.

9. Send screenshots or staging links to Rafael for final copy-control approval before publication.

Escalation Rule

If any website copy conflicts with the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Website Disclaimer Blocks, or these implementation directions, do not publish that copy. Escalate to Rafael for a decision before launch.

Prepared for Pratibha and the AmarChandel.com website team. Use as an implementation-control document, not as legal advice.
