3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase books, courses, memberships, educational sessions, or services from us. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. 4. Educational and Wellness Purpose Only

Our website, books, videos, courses, educational sessions, communications, and materials are provided for educational, informational, lifestyle, wellness, meditation, philosophical, spiritual, yogic, Ayurvedic, and self-development purposes only.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, mitigate, or manage any disease, medical condition, psychiatric condition, or emergency health situation. Nothing on the website or in our courses creates a doctor-patient relationship, therapist-client relationship, clinical relationship, attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or emergency-care relationship.

Although Amar Chandel may hold educational credentials in naturopathy and law, he is not represented on this website as a licensed physician, practicing attorney, psychologist, therapist, dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional in the United States. 5. Highlighted Medical and Psychological Disclaimer

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING: All individuals should consult a qualified physician, psychologist, therapist, dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional before participating in courses or making changes to diet, medications, supplements, exercise, fasting, sleep, treatment plans, medical care, mental health care, breathing
practices, meditation practices, or health routines.

Do not stop, start, reduce, increase, or replace any medication, prescribed treatment, medical procedure, therapy, or professional care based on information from our website, books, courses, videos, educational sessions, messages, testimonials, or related materials. You are under no obligation to follow any teaching, suggestion, or educational material from AmarChandel.com.

If you have a medical or mental health emergency, call your local emergency number or seek emergency medical help immediately.

6. Medical Advisor for Educational Review

Some Amar Chandel educational materials may be reviewed by independent medical advisors for educational safety, clarity, and responsible communication. This review is limited to educational framing and general safety considerations.

Medical advisor review does not mean that any book, course, video, practice, statement, testimonial, or recommendation has been clinically proven to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, mitigate, manage disease, produce remission, improve symptoms, reduce medication needs, or create any other medical outcome.

Medical advisors do not provide medical services through AmarChandel.com, do not establish a doctor-patient relationship with users, and do not provide individualized diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, prescribing, or emergency care.

Medical advisor participation does not imply endorsement by any hospital, university, employer, medical institution, or affiliated organization.

7. No Guaranteed Results

Testimonials, reviews, course experiences, case stories, and student feedback reflect individual experiences. They are not promises, guarantees, typical results, medical claims, or evidence that any person will experience the same result, remission, symptom change, medication change, or wellness outcome.

Your results may differ based on many factors, including age, health status, medical history, medications, professional care, diet, discipline, environment, genetics, stress, sleep, exercise, consistency, and personal circumstances.

8. FDA-Style Disclaimer for Wellness Content

Statements about foods, herbs, supplements, Ayurvedic practices, fasting, meditation, breathing practices, lifestyle routines, or wellness education have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Unless a specific course page or written policy states otherwise, missed sessions may be forfeited, late arrivals may reduce session time, and rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Repeated missed sessions may result in cancellation or loss of access without refund.

14. Payments

You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout or agreed in writing. Prices may be displayed in Indian rupees, U.S. dollars, or another currency depending on region and platform.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, transaction fees, bank fees, currency conversion charges, shipping charges, customs duties, and import charges where applicable.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors or marketplaces. We are not responsible for payment delays, payment processor errors, bank declines, foreign exchange charges, or third-party platform policies.

15. Book Purchases, Shipping, and Delivery

Books may be sold directly through our website, through Amazon, through another marketplace, through direct shipping where available, or through regional distributors or partners.

If you purchase through Amazon or another third-party marketplace, that marketplace’s terms, privacy policy, shipping policy, payment process, and return policy apply. If you purchase directly from us, the purchase is subject to our direct-sale policies stated at checkout and in these Terms.

For direct book shipments, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping delays, customs delays, import duties, failed delivery, or returned packages may occur. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

16. Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns

Refunds, cancellations, and returns are governed by the policy shown at checkout, on the relevant course page, or in a written agreement. If no more specific policy is provided, the following default rules apply:

  • Physical books purchased directly from us may be eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect and you contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details.
  • Digital courses are generally non-refundable once access is granted unless required by law or unless a specific course page states otherwise.
  • Live educational session payments may be refundable, partially refundable, transferable, or non-refundable depending on cancellation timing and the policy stated at checkout.
  • Missed sessions and no-shows are generally not refundable.
  • Marketplace purchases are subject to the marketplace’s own refund and return policies.

17. Promotions, Discounts, and Pricing Errors

We may offer promotions, discounts, coupons, bundles, scholarships, regional pricing, or limited-time offers. We may correct pricing errors, typographical errors, technical errors, or availability errors at any time. If a material pricing error affects your order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

18. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, share accounts, scrape content, upload malware, impersonate another person, submit false or unlawful content, harass instructors or users, record sessions without permission, redistribute course materials, or violate applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

19. Intellectual Property

All website content, course content, books, videos, audio, text, graphics, logos, images, designs, downloads, worksheets, frameworks, names, marks, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased or free materials for personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, modify, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, upload, sublicense, or exploit our materials without written permission.

20. Testimonials, Reviews, and User Submissions

If you submit a testimonial, review, comment, story, photograph, video, message, or other content, you represent that it is truthful, that you have permission to submit it, that it does not violate another person’s rights, and that it does not contain unlawful, defamatory, private, or misleading material.

By submitting content to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with our website, courses, marketing, social media, and business.
We may choose not to publish user content and may remove user content at any time.

If you want us to stop using a testimonial or image, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to stop future use, but may not be able to remove materials already printed, distributed, archived, cached, or shared by third parties.

21. Advertising, Reviews, and Material Connections

If you receive compensation, free access, discounted access, gifts, commissions, affiliate benefits, or any other benefit from us in connection with a testimonial, review, post, video, or endorsement, you must clearly disclose that connection in any public statement you make. We do not permit fake reviews, misleading testimonials, undisclosed paid endorsements, or fabricated results.

22. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our website may link to third-party websites and platforms, including Amazon, payment processors, scheduling tools, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, YouTube, social media platforms, analytics tools, shipping providers, and course platforms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, privacy practices, fees, availability, errors, delays, or conduct.

23. Website and Course Availability

We may modify, suspend, interrupt, replace, or discontinue any part of the website, courses, videos, accounts, booking tools, or services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability, or compatibility with every device, browser, region, or platform.

24. Assumption of Risk

Lifestyle changes, food changes, fasting, exercise, breathing practices, meditation, yoga, emotional work, spiritual practices, or other wellness practices may involve risks.
You are under no obligation to follow any teaching, suggestion, or educational material from AmarChandel.com.

If you choose to participate or act on educational material, you are responsible for using judgment, listening to your body, consulting qualified professionals beforehand, and stopping any practice that causes discomfort, pain, distress, or concern. You assume responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results.

25. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our website, courses, materials, books, educational sessions, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and results.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, course access will be error-free, content will be complete or current at all times, any health or wellness result will occur, third-party platforms will remain available, or defects will be corrected immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amar Chandel, Amar Enterprises, medical advisors, reviewers, instructors, owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives are not responsible for any decision you make to follow or not follow educational material.
Consult your own qualified healthcare provider before acting on any health, wellness, diet, medication, supplement, fasting, exercise, breathing, meditation, or lifestyle information.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amar Chandel, AmarChandel.com, Amar Enterprises, owners, instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, service providers, medical advisors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the website, books, courses, educational sessions, or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

27. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amar Chandel, AmarChandel.com, Amar Enterprises, owners, instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, service providers, medical advisors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website or services,
your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your misuse of course materials, your user submissions, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your unauthorized sharing, recording, copying, or distribution of content.

28. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, courses, accounts, educational sessions, or services if you violate these Terms, payment fails, you misuse content, you harass staff or users, you create security risk, you engage in fraud or abuse, or continued access would create legal, safety, operational, or reputational risk.
Termination does not waive our rights or your payment obligations.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes affecting paid services, we may provide additional notice where required.

30. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

31. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, platform migration, or change in ownership.

32. Entire Agreement
