We are supposed to eat to live. I don’t mind even if one lives to eat. But it is insane to eat only

Someone, somewhere, somehow has put the words “Holistic healing” through your ears and they buzz around you like an enticing fashionable notion that seems interesting enough to explore or challenge. And then you pause and you ask yourself “Why should I even get into this? I don’t need ‘healing’. I just want to live the way I like to-and I am fine!”

Yet a majority of us suffer from many physical ailments from a very young age. Added to this, is a list of emotional issues that comes with the high stress, technology driven life that we lead.
