Shri. Amar Chandel Ji was introduced to me by my former colleague and friend Dr. Puneet Sindhwani, a renowned medical doctor and educator. At the time of being introduced, I suffered low energy, knee pain that prevented me from jogging, and overweight with a body mass index (BMI) of 28. I attended the holistic course in 2018 and I practiced around 10% of his suggestions between 2018 and 2020. Naturally, I did not see much improvement. In 2020, I attended his course for the second time and implemented his suggestions 35% of the time in 2021.
Even at that lower level of practice, I started seeing positive results. I felt moderate improvement in energy level and my BMI was reduced to 26, which is still at the borderline. Starting in early 2022, I have been implementing his suggestions 75% of the time. Within a short span of 100 days, I see a significant change in terms of my energy levels. My BMI is 23, which is close to my college days BMI of 22.5. For the first time after a decade, I can now go for jogging. With the blessings of Shri. Amar Chandel Ji, I am hoping to increase my practice of his holistic course to greater than 90% levels soon.
