The “BEFORE” picture you see is me before I met G in 2019. The symptoms I had were “tired”,
“unmotivated”, “clueless” as to why I have no energy, and tons and tons of questions about WHY
I felt the way I did. For reference, I was 6 months postpartum with twins.
Then I was introduced to G and I never looked back. As a side effect of his lectures and spending
3 days with him in the same house, I will never be the same person again. Symptoms I have now
is “energy” that I want to run, “positive attitude” that’s contagious, “a never tiring mindset”,
“motivation” to do more in life, “set a great role model for our kids”, using minimal will-power to
make good choices while eating (since it’s become a habit), and prioritizing my health over
anything in life.
The “AFTER” pictures are what I look like today. Don’t be fooled by the shape or the size of the
bodies in the “BEFORE” and “AFTER” pictures. The main difference is the mindset. Most of my
fuel comes from raw food sources and I never get tired of eating salads because I know what they
can do to my health. What I have learned over these past two years is that this body needs a LOT
of respect. Learn to respecting it first before expecting it to perform a certain way.
Just like we train to get a job that requires a certain skill set, we need to train our minds to learn
why, how, and what to eat for our bodies to perform at their highest levels and that’s exactly
what G’s course is ought to do. I highly encourage people to take this course and get in control
of their health.
